Welcome to Reception! Our Reception classes are Murphy Class with Mrs Marshall and Mrs Wathen and Donaldson Class with Mrs Gardiner.
This term we will be exploring the topic 'Happy and healthy', where through our literacy sessions we will explore stories about healthy eating and living e.g. 'Daisy eat your peas'. We will also be introducing the 'Big Brush Club', to promote good oral hygiene.
We look forward to the new term and celebrating Chinese New Year with the children.
PE days will remain as Tuesdays for Donaldson and Thursdays for Murphy class.
PE Days and Forest School
Donaldson PE day is Tuesday.
Murphy PE day is Thursday.
Please can children come to school on PE days dressed in suitable PE clothes e.g. black leggings black jogging bottoms and a plain white t-shirt.
This term, we will be focusing on ball skills.
Please send your child a pair of wellington boots to wear during our Forest School sessions.
