Reception Admission

If you would like your child to join our school in Reception, please click on the link to the Gloucestershire County Council admission procedures below.  As a community school, our new Reception admissions and appeals are coordinated by the Gloucestershire County Council.

 

From 3rd November 2022 to 15th January 2023

Application Window.  Closing date for school applications is 15 January 2023

In-Year Admissions

If you are looking to move your child to Widden Primary during the school year, you will need to either download an in-year application form from Gloucestershire County Council, contact the In-Year Admissions team or contact the school office on 01452 520571.

Once you have completed the in-year admission form and sent it to school, you and your child will be welcomed to an induction meeting and tour of the school with the either the KS1 or KS2 head.

At this meeting we can help to answer any questions you may have and discuss your child's start date.
